Our shipping process prioritizes the well-being of the animals and ensures their safety throughout the journey. Exclusively utilizing FedEx Priority Overnight to a local FedEx Hub, we've opted against residential delivery to safeguard the welfare of the animals.

Shipments are carefully scheduled, occurring only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with pick-ups slated for Wednesdays and Thursdays, respectively.

Recognizing the impact of weather conditions on the shipping experience, we maintain a vigilant approach, ensuring that our practices align with the safety and comfort of the animals.

During the holiday season, when FedEx experiences heightened workloads, we temporarily halt shipping operations to mitigate any potential challenges.

Additionally, we strictly adhere to temperature guidelines, refraining from shipping when temperatures fall below 38 degrees or soar above 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
